Eggs, Bacon & Beans on Toast (0 syns)

We sometimes forget that a good breakfast can be a simple traditional breakfast like this one. Good ole bacon, beans, eggs and toast. And if you get some healthier sausages like Eat Smart ones from Morrisons (1 syn each), you can throw those in too! Remember to try and eat some fruit either before or after every main meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Oh, and although I've listed this item as a Breakfast, there's no reason why you can't have it for lunch, a light meal or even dinner! You don't have to stick to the rules; I mean - where did the rule of bacon, eggs and beans for breakfast come from?  Lot's of recipes you use eggs, bacon and beans as part of the main meal, so there's no reason why bacon, eggs and beans can't be eaten at other times too.
