This is a great soup to boost your weight loss - especially if you have had a couple of days where you've been over-indulgent throughout the week. Have this as your main meal for 3 days and it will speed your weight loss or negate the effects of an overindulgent 1-2 days. It's a great filling soup, but at the end, you have to keep tasting it to alter the amount of chilli and worcester sauce to your desire. By the way, if you want to make it into a more heavier main dish - throw in some potatoes and chicken. By the way, even if you don't like Baked Beans, you will like this because you cannot tell its Baked Beans. My other half hates Baked Beans, but loves this soup (even though I haven't said anything about Baked Beans yet!)
