Recipe Notes
You can use whatever meats you want to - chicken, beef, pork - and in any combination. Add prawns? Or perhaps no meat at all - and just stick to vegetables. PS There are a lot of scaremongering on the internet about MSG (mono sodium glutamate) and your health. None of them are founded on any firm evidence. At one time, it was thought that 'Chinese Restaurant Syndrome' was caused by MSG - but research shows that it's a load of rubbish. Look at this from the US National Library of Medicine: http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001126.htm PPS What's the point of MSG anyway? MSG is meant to give that sixth sense flavour called Umami. Umami is that gorgeous taste you get from eating something which you can't put your finger on exactly why.
