Blueberry Banana Yoghurt (1 syn)

Ingredients

  • 1 banana chopped up
  • handful of blueberries
  • strawberries optional
  • greek yoghurt fat free – 4 desert spoons
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sweetener like Splenda – optional

Method

  1. Use fresh ingredients
  2. Put fruits in first
  3. Sprinkle with the sweetener
  4. Add the dollop(s) of yoghurt
  5. Add honey on top

Use fresh ingredients please.

Even consider protein yoghurts from the likes of Skyr.
