Eggs, Bacon & Beans on Toast

We sometimes forget that a good breakfast can be a simple traditional breakfast like this one. Good ole bacon, beans, eggs and toast. And if you get some healthier sausages like Eat Smart ones from Morrisons (1 syn each), you can throw those in too! Remember to try and eat some fruit either before or after every main meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner.  hello

Ingredients

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread (not wholegrain bread)
  • 0.5 onion (finely sliced)

Method

  1. Toast the wholemeal bread. Do not butter!

  2. Scramble, poach or fry the eggs (if frying, use Fry Light).
