Beef or Lamb Kheema (0 syns)
Kheema is basically a popular Indian curry made traditionally with minced lamb. But you can replace lamb with minced beef if you want (Note: Indians do not eat beef). It is served with plain boiled rice or chapattis. If you are trying to lose weight - leave out the chapattis and go for rice instead.

Recipe Notes
I've actually converted this dish into a biryani by adding rice to it and mixing it all in. (A Biriyani is basically a 'dry' rice dish). For a stronger flavour add more chilli, salt and garam masala (double the amount). Slimming World members - make this dish Extra Easy by adding more vegetables (green beans work particularly well - as does cauliflower and brocolli and sweetcorn).
