Why I create This Site

Hello there! I’m Dr. Ram, and I’ve been practising medicine for over 20 years. Throughout my career, I’ve met many folks who, like you, have felt unhappy due to their weight. It’s understandable to think that weight gain stems solely from overeating or not exercising enough. But, let me tell you, there’s more to it than meets the eye.

Weight fluctuations can be influenced by various factors, such as poor sleep, stress, and feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands. It’s not just about the quantity of food either; the quality matters too. There are plenty of other truths waiting to be uncovered.
